Welcome to Morningstar Made LLC! We are dedicated to delivering our unique blend of handmade creations and curated goods to your doorstep as safely and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping practices below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

## SECTION 1 - PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT TIMES
Because our inventory features both artisan handmade items and curated goods shipped from fulfillment partners, processing times vary by product type:
* Handmade Goods: Each handmade item is crafted with individual care. Standard processing and production for handmade items take [INSERT TIME, E.G., 3–5 BUSINESS DAYS] before dispatch. During high-demand holiday seasons, production may take slightly longer.
* Drop-Shipped / Curated Goods: Items shipped directly from our manufacturing partners are typically processed and handed over to the shipping carrier within 2 to 3 business days.
Please note: "Processing time" refers to the time it takes to prepare, pack, and hand your items to the shipping carrier. It is entirely separate from transit/delivery time.

## SECTION 2 - MULTIPLE PACKAGES & SPLIT SHIPMENTS
To bring you the most efficient delivery speeds, items ordered together may be shipped in separate packages at no extra cost to you.
If you order a handmade creation alongside a drop-shipped item, they will originate from different fulfillment locations. In these instances, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each separate package via email as they leave their respective facilities.

## SECTION 3 - ESTIMATED SHIPPING SPEEDS & CARRIERS
Once your order has been processed and handed over to our courier networks (including USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL), estimated domestic delivery times are generally as follows:
* Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.
* Expedited Shipping (If Available): 1 to 3 business days.
Please Note: All delivery dates provided at checkout or via tracking links are non-binding estimates only. Morningstar Made LLC is not responsible for postal delays caused by courier volume spikes, customs processing, severe weather events, or federal holidays.

## SECTION 4 - SHIPPING RATES & FEES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.

## SECTION 5 - ORDER TRACKING
A shipping confirmation email containing your official tracking number(s) will be sent to the email address provided at checkout as soon as your package ships. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the courier network to update its digital tracking portal with active location history.

## SECTION 6 - INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is completely accurate and secure.
If a package is returned to us or our supplier because of an insufficient, incorrect, or incomplete address submitted by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. Original shipping charges for packages returned due to address errors are strictly non-refundable.

## SECTION 7 - LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
The risk of loss and title for all physical products purchased from this storefront pass to you immediately upon our transfer of the goods to the shipping carrier.
* Delivered But Missing: If your tracking history states that your package was "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, building managers, and your local post office branch. Morningstar Made LLC is not financially liable for packages that are stolen or misplaced after successful carrier delivery.
* Damaged in Transit: If an item arrives physically broken or defective due to courier handling, please consult Section 4 of our Return and Refund Policy to submit a damage claim within 5 business days of delivery.
